camera on Lumia 640xl not opening

Hi. When trying to activate camera it shows - something went wrong -
ok.

is it happenig with lumia camera app or the stock camera app?

check for updates if any for camera app.

posts on microsoft forums details that same issue has been faced by other owners adn few of them fixed the issue by reinstalling the camera pp adn someof them have to replace the camera( hardware) form service center.
