Had to change out Motherboard and not windows will not activate

I have just put in a new motherboard and processor and now my Windows 10 states that it is no longer active. I have tried the trouble shooter and it errors out.

I had a similar problem and what I had to do was contact. The PC manufacturer and get the installation disk for Windows sent to me, it was about $29. HP has one for every serial number that they have sold. I imagine the other manufacturers do as well.
