Windows Central Question
Hello -
I have a client that has SSO enabled with ADFS and it works fine with his SharePoint implementation. However, OWA not so much.
When he tries to go to outlook.office365.com he gets pushed to a page for manual authentication. But, if he goes to outlook.office365.com/mydomain.com, where mydomain.com is his domain, it automatically logs him in.
Why would this be like this and does anyone know what part of his setup should be modified so that he can directly access OWA without having to be manually authenticated or having to add his domain to the end of the URL?
I have looked all over the web and so far have been unable to find an answer.
Thank you,
Rann
