My Nokia 635 will not play a specific file

when using the music player which give me the error code 8007003, however if I use files and choose the same file from there it plays fine.

do a soft reset by holding up volume down + lock screen keys for a few seconds until the device reboots

can you delete the file and add it afresh? And check that it is a known format
