On call bluetooth button

Whenever i dial a call the phone activates the on call bluetooth button without having the bluetooth activated causing the sound to be directed to the bluetooth and not the speakers. This is happening with bluetooth switch turned off so no sound at all. can you advise how to correct this ?

Maybe you should try delete your bluettooth paired devices, and pair them again.
