no email updates for 15 days

[Windows Central Question]

I don't now to much about this problem.i am getting the mail on my phone but not on my computer & I cant print from a certain customer

you aren't giving much info for anyone to help.
What OS? Email app? Email host?

As for printing, what is it? PDF? Word? etc, etc? With some file formats, like PDF, printing can be disabled.

on your pc, can you log in to the email account from a browser and see the emails?
