Synchronizing my contact list between my phones

[Windows Central Question]

I just got a Nokia 230 dual sim. I have a Nokia 516 dual sim. I want to transfer my contact list from my old phone Nokia 516 to my new phone Nokia 230. How can I transfer my contact list?

maybe in the contacts section is a setting for transferring contacts via bluetooth? It might be one at a time though. Do they sd card support?
