How do I turn off banner notifications for wifi networks? [Lumia 650]

Seems to be no option to turn off banner notifications every time the Lumia 650 finds an available network.

Also why does it connect automatically so randomly whole other times it does not?

it should be in settings >notifications (I think)

Go to WiFi settings..
1) Under WiFi sense, Untick both of options.
