Message tone automatically goes to none on Q mobile Noir S3

[Windows Central Question]

I've recently bought a noir S3 .Everything else is working fine except for message tone which rang when I change to any notification tone for 2-3 hours but after that it automatically changes to none( silent). Other notifications such as WhatsApp ,calls are fine.
