How do I unlock my Windows 725 Lumia without a factory reset?

I have forgotten my password to my Lumia and I refuse to hard reset. I do not have any back ups and my Windows phone is not in my devices. I cannot do this now as my phone is locked. Is there a way or shall I just not use my phone and/or wait for otherwise necessary update?

you're sure it isn't in your devices list associated with your ms account?
