Glance Screen too dim ,very difficult to see on Lumia 950 XL

I have used Lumia 950 XL for 8 month, everything still okay, but till now the Glance Screen too dim.... Can't see anything clearly :x i have to send it back to the factory. And when getting back , they said that "YOUR PHONE IS WORKING NORMALLY..." Don't know what to do now.

many have said it is dim and it looks like that is the way it was designed
