Photos\Videos not visible\working in Lumia 730 after recent upgrade

[Windows Central Question]

i am facing problem with photos\videos in my Lumia 730 phone after latest upgrade. Current build in my phone is 10.0.10586.545.

there are two problems i see as below,
1. when i take photos\videos either it goes disappear after some time or it shows an error if i try to play it
2. i can not see images\videos received through whatsapp on my phone

can someone please help me here.

Try a soft reset (vold down + power 15 secs)

do you use a sd card? Can you remove the card and store photos in internal memory? The card could be corrupted
