Should I buy a Lumia 950 or a 650?

My beloved Lumia 1520 is coming to its last stages of life, with its navigation keys losing its functionalities. I already paid a hefty price to replace the touch panel once. I dont want to do it again. Should I buy a Lumia 950 or a Lumia 650 or should I wait for something better(Cant imagine what that would be)?

Get the 950 or 950xl, they're even better than the 1520. The 650, is very cheap but at the same time, the specs are lower than what you're used to
