suddenly some app crashed and very important data is lost

i ws simply using my phone nd when i opened PHOTOS AND VIDEO LOCKER APP it showed get started....all my images and some videos were not shown...so how to get them recovered...or have i lost those ? ..plz rply asap ...its an very important data

you can use a file explorer app to check your local data or use a pc and connect with USB to check the photos on the phone
