Hi, how do I update my Apps on Lumia 520?

Initially, I use to update my Apps without using any password. Currently, whenever I try to update, an MS account password is required yet I dont have one. I keep getting error code 80860006. Kindly assist because it is 3 weeks now and I cant even access my whatsapp.

your ms account is the email account you used to set up your phone, your main email account on the phone. So if you've forgot the password, go to a pc browser and recover the password
