Hi. I am facing some problem in my original windows 10 regarding the administrator account.

I had a default account. So i went to cmd and created a new user account and then made the default account as the administrator. Then deleted the newly created account. Now although I did not put any password during creation of the administrator account, yet it asks me for a password every time I try to install something. More over the administrator account wont get deactivated using the cmd. Its shows system 5 error. How do I resolve this?

I would probably do a fresh install and then not delete accounts once Windows 10 is installed.
