why is my 950xl showing a light green screen

while on a call I realized that my phone was a bit warm but I did not pay much attention to it because it always tend to get warm every now and then. what happened next amazed me. the phone suddenly started to glitch and within a few second it went totally light green. I had to restart it a few time to get it to recover and since then it has been flickering and now has gone back to the green screen and no matter how often it restart the device it is inoperable, what would have caused this and how can it be rectified? my device is very important, I need it operable!

try taking out the battery and then put it back and check

or take it back for repairs or replacement

does the 950 have any display settings in extras for changing the colour scheme? Some lumias have that

I have the international version and I never came across that setting

you can try doing the factory reset as long as you've done all the backups
