Having a problem with my phone regarding screen overlay application. How can i fix it?

I encountered this problem after i update my phone recently, i coul not access photos, cameras and other applications. Please help me

You may be posting in the wrong place here.
The screen overly bug has to do with some Android phones when updated to Marshmallow.

If you have a W10M device and the tiles have disappeared from Start after update and will not pin from all apps list...

The only cure seems to be a Hard Reset and do not restore from backup.
