Why isnt my windows store working?

idk why but my windows store stopped working and whenever I try to download an app it says that an error occurred so I tried to signed out and now I cant even sign back in it says the same thing that an error has occurred and now I cant download anything what do I do?

which OS version and on what kind of device?
You can try resetting store if this is a pc
