If you have a Windows Mobile you cannot get any viruses. The popup is just a scare tactic.
If it was on the internet browser, just delete your history and it should go away. If you installed any recent apps that may cause problems, then uninstall them.
You don't have any viruses and you don't need to destroy your SIM card.
Also can you confirm what model you have? I never heard of a Nokia 360 before.
