I have Long and Lat but need to plot that in Nokia phone to find location - How?

I am using a Nokia phone. I have Long and Lat coordinates for remote rural areas in Greece that I am hoping to hike to. What is the best App for marking the coordinates into the map and watching myself move towards or away from them on both a map or satellite image?

Which OS version are you on? Have you tried entering the coordinates in Here or MS maps?
