Apps won't open on Lumia 635

[Windows Central Question]

I tap the tile and it looks like it will open and the comes back to the home screen. No texts or calls are coming through. Only Facebook will open. I have tried a reset. Help!!

by reset, do you mean soft or factory reset? Are all apps not opening? Even camera or messaging?
What OS are you on?
