Why isn't my credit card adding to my wallet?

I'm trying to add my visa card from a supported bank. I first get a message that says "Verification Required" with no instruction on how to verify (or if I need to do anything at all). When I tap on the image of my card, it takes me to a screen that says "Let's try that again" and "something went wrong at our end."

Anyone else experiencing this? Any advice?

On a Lumia 650 running W10 Mobile with anniversary update. No insider build or release preview.

Interestingly enough, my bank has already emailed me an acknowledgement that my card has been added to Microsoft Wallet.

so try a test purchase with the wallet app and see what happens :sweaty:

mine took a few hours but then eventually the "verification" error cleared - but I havent found a place that uses it yet to try it out haha
