tapatalk not available for your device

I've been using tapatalk classic for a while. After resetting to factory settings I couldn't find it in the store. After gooogling it was found but my phone shows "this app is not available for your device" message. Same thing happens on both 640 and 635 running on wp8.1 the 635 has it installed though and it works just fine. Any ideas?

That might be on tapatalk's end. It's possible that they could have pulled the app. However, there might be a direct link somewhere that you can try to install it from.

Just recently reset my phone as well. I got tapatalk back but it had problems. Mtalk is a good alternative app.

Check in your library in the store and see if u can find it and reinstall it from there. To me that app hasnt been working I moved on to mtalk it works much better and is updated more often

Thanks for the info. It is in my store in the category "apps not available for your phone"

As for mtalk, unfortunately says its only available for WP10

Maybe you could consider upgrading to 10?
