How to strikethrough in Sticky Notes after Windows 10 Anniversary Update ?

I recently updated to Windows 10 Redstone - Anniversary update. I am not ablr to use "Ctrl + T" to strikethrough the selected text. Please let me know how to do it.

As I heard few features are region specific like integrating Windows Ink, Stick Notes and Cortana together.

some features seem to have been removed but they will be back in the next few updates - probably this is one of them
