windows map aerial/satellite view does not work offline unlike here map

this is very important for me because i use it when i'm in the wilderness. when i was using here map, i usually view the aerial to cache the map in the memory, so when i view my location in the wilderness offline, i can actually see where im an in relation to trees, trail, boulders, etc.

ms map requires connection to view the map in aerial/satellite mode.

You've made sure to update the maps?
I believe the aerial can be made offline if you had opened it before using data so that it is in the cache. Try testing that
