Big problems with Cortana after anniversary update on Lumia 950

I've installed the anniversary update on my Lumia 950, and Cortana isn't behaving herself at all. If I ask something of her (speaking), she doesn't respond out loud -- even if I say "sing me a song" -- I just get the words on the screen. Further, once I have asked her something, then the next time she won't "listen" at all. Voice input doesn't work, and I have to reboot the phone. How did this get released?

What OS version are you on? This seems to be a problem with the insider builds
