go to store, download upgrade advisor app, install it and follow instructions

Thanks for the advice. I opted for the preview build through insider. My phone is telekom unlocked 830, but it still shows telekom as carrier and i still get updates during this carrier's update, and some german apps gets installed, i don't know why

you can try to do a clean install using windows device recovery tool
