After i roll back my lumia 1020 to 8.1 denim yesterday.and trying to enroll in any insider ring still not working/or update my phone.and what is production blue?

Exit Insider program (3 dots -> Exit), reboot your phone and try checking updates normally without opening Insider app.
If doesn't work, got to Store and take Upgrade advisor

... This 3 dot if u open only the option is stop insider preview build. Im using lumia 1020 and even you download windows advisory still not update or download wundows 10

And my friend how to reboot my phone

to reboot or soft reset:

Soft Reset is holding the Volume Down & Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about 10 seconds). This rebbots the phone with a cleared out RAM and Cache. No data is lost. It is good for when the phone freezes or you experience a glitch of some sort.

god jesus i just decided to flash back to 8.1 and now you're telling me that I can no longer upgrade to W10 via windows insider app?
