Software bug or hardware issue?

Hello,
The touchscreen of my Lumia 950 behave strangely: A simple touch on the start screen is changing suddenly in horizontal scroll, or, when typing, the input is moving very fast to the right or left, randomly, and the result is different for what you want. This is not a permanent situation, sometimes is happens, sometimes not. It is present even on redstone with hard reset. I didn't received the double tap firmware. What do you think, is something connected to a hardware or a software issue?
Just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation and what you ended up doing.

You can try updating the firmware using windows device recovery tool and see if that solves the problem
But if it persists, then consider getting it checked or replaced

I tried but its not available. I will be patient for a wile. Its not happening all the time, its kind of Russian roulette
