Hey Cotana - Cortana responds with voice only sometimes

Greetings

When I say "Hey Cortana" and for example, then say reminder, Cortana does not respond by voice to each request. Sometimes Cortana responds with her voice, sometimes just by opening the reminder window - Tell me your reminder, text only no voice.

Any ideas to resolve this, so Cortana responds by voice to all spoken "hey Cortana" requests.

you've checked the Cortana settings? Especially in notebook?

I get this bug too, in desktop. It's been happening since Anniversary Update, so it will probably be fixed soon. Also Cortana seems to be slower to respond.
