How can I stop programs from jumping from screen to screen when unplugging / re-plugging?

[Windows Central Question]

I want to achieve this without the use of two EDID Emulators, so hopefully in software (Is there something I can do in software to force an output on both an HDMI port (1920X1080P @ 60Hz) and a DisplayPort (4K @ 60Hz) ports regardless of something being plugged in).

I'm using an ASUS h110t motherboard with onboard graphics if that helps.

so when you unplug the external screen, the open program on that screen comes back to default screen, right?
