Do we have theme in windows 8.1 for lumia which makes cell same as windows 10?

I had upgraded it to windows 10 but it is not working fine, so now i have downgraded it to windows 8.1 .... & looking for theme which can make it same as windows 10..can anybody help me in this ??, if we dont want to upgrade it to windows 10??

Why wasn't your Windows 10 working well? What model is your phone? Did you try a hard reset?

About the theme, I am not familiar with any.

the theme you're speaking of is windows 10, the look and feel, the options, settings and apps.

You'll have to try again for 10 and if there are any issues, share with us
