How do i reset Cortana?

I deleted outlook from my phone and now everytime I try to use Cortana it asks for my password for an old outlook account, which I don't remember. How do I reset Cortana so I can use it?

give her your Microsoft main account for your phone

you'll have to get that account back or set up your phone again with a new account after doing a factory reset
