My PC (name) is listed twice in my MS account devices. How do I find out which one is current?

When I logon to my Microsoft account and select DEVICES in the drop down menu, I see my PC listed twice (same computer name). Perhaps because I installed a new copy of Windows and hard drive on this computer? How do I delete the inaccurate one, or does it matter?

It might just be a glitch, try a restart and check if it disappears. I saw the same thing today after updating but I just ignored it
