Why aren't some of my apps on windows 10 mobile showing in the notification center in settings?

Three apps that I have not been getting notifications from since after the Windows 10 mobile anniversary update are windows central, kik, and espn. When I go into the notifications center in settings, they don't even show up for me to even customize the notifications for them.

I believe they first have to have some notifications come through before the app appears in the notification settings

I don't see the kik in the action center.!! so it is quite difficult the setting. I have lumia 520, win8.1
