you've checked the whole apps list?
And have you tried a soft reset?

No, i didn't do a reset, was wondering if anyone else had the this problem

Yes I have had the same issue. Ended up typing "feedback" in Cortana then select "feedback hub" and pin it to start. Perhaps it was renamed in the update though the old shortcuts weren't removed?

I think it got moved to feedback hub in the AU Feedback Hub now available for anyone running Windows 10 PC or Mobile | Windows Central
