Create app for central multimedia windows ce

Good night, my central multimedia car came with windows ce . Can anyone tell me if there is a way to create an app for it , if so, has any link to how to do this ? Thank you.

Yes, using Visual Studio. Depends on what the version is, though (5.0, 6.0,7.0, 2013, Embedded). These are good places to start
