What are the typical ranges for Band 2 data measured in KOhms?

Hi I am streaming out GSR data from the microsoft band 2. What I am finding is that my KOhms data ranges from 3000 KOhms to 10000 Kohms, however when I convert that to a typical EDA unit such as microsiemens, the numbers are way too high. Typical microsiemens range from 2-3 microsiemens for a response. What are the ranges to be expected coming out of the band / is there a test data set so I know the sensor is functioning correctly?
