Hi All! I am from India. Cortana Voice output is no there. I am on latest build of windows 10 mobile. How do I fix it?

Change spoken Language to full English. But only if you are NOT insider, elsewhere you must wait next update

what's your OS version? Check in settings > system > about > OS build

You have to download English UK as additional speech language but keep English India as default speech language.

This has worked for me right from 8.1 till 15063.251 .
I can not say about 15208.
