Groove Mobile will not add music from computer's OneDrive app.

I have a Lumia 830, am on the Production Preview and Groove Mobile will not update new music from my OneDrive into Groove Mobile. I have tried resetting Groove Mobile which didn't update the mobile library. WiFi or LTE do not affect it. I tried powering on and off, I tried updating the phone and Groove Music. I don't have the physical space on the phone or else I would just put it on the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT:
-I am signed into Groove on both the PC and Phone apps.
-All the music shows up in the music folder in the OneDrive app on my phone but not in Groove mobile.
-All the music shows up on Groove PC and is in my OneDrive, Music folder on PC.
-I have triple checked the name to make sure there are no unwanted characters.
-I am signed into Groove on PC and Mobile. I have tried reuploading the music and it does not work.

Is the music on OneDrive actually synced to the cloud, or is it still on your PC's hard drive? From Windows Explorer on your PC, right click on the One Drive icon and choose "sync". It can take a while, depending upon the size of your music library and your internet speed.
 
Go into OneDrive open music, open one of the folders and look for the Mp3 files, it seems if you copy lots of folders at one time it will copy the folder structure but leave the files behind.
 
You can also open the OneDrive app on your phone and browse the Music folder and see if all of the content is there. If not,it hasn't been synced.

Also, check the filter setting at the top of your music list in Groove and make sure you have All selected.
