Facebook, Messenger & Instagram app issues

The updated WM10 apps for Instagram, Facebook and Messenger have a regular issue on my L640 where they open but aren't useable. I am unable to press any links, buttons e.t.c, scroll up or down. It is like a screenshot.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled but the problem persists until the phone is restarted.

Do you tried a soft reset? (hold vol down + power 15 secs)

My problem is with Facebook Messenger on both PC and phone. In the last few days the app won't completely open. It starts to, then crashes. I've uninstalled, reset the app on PC, soft reset the phone, etc. all with no success. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have installed latest official Facebook app developed by Facebook. Its not Beta version.
I wanted to know if we can disable Live Tile for Facebook app. Right now I happen to see random faces of some people for friends suggestion as well as photos of my friends. I just want simple shortcut for Facebook app on Start screen.
I have disabled notification for Facebook from Notification Settings. Any settings in app to disable Live Tile?

I have the same problem with FB messenger on my L950. Were you able to solve it?
