Close all tabs in edge inprivate mode appears for single tab

When I'm using edge in inprivate mode, and then I'm done with my browsing, and I want to close it, a dialog box pops up saying do you want to close all tabs? Only one tab is open so why would it say close all tabs?

Or is this a feature?

Using edge in Windows 10 10586.545 build
