Why isn't Cortana talking in Windows 10

The problem started just 2 hours ago. Cortana used to talk to me. Now she is getting my voice and even doing what I ask, but it isn't making any sounds. I want her back. Please help.

Which device and windows build? did you rebooted it? Cortana needs internet connection for working

if you enrolled into insider program and selected fast ring, this is a known bug
