My windows 8 phone has been hacked I cant seem to find an app to help

I have a windows 8 smart phone that doesnt seem to have a security system on it that will stock people from continuously hacking my phone taking my pictures and getting onto my social media sites posting crude cruel things. This is ruining my life please help!

A windows phone can't be hacked. You simply asnwered to a fake phishing mail or facebook website with a login request, and now someone else got you password you typed in, and is playing with.
You need a pc for asking social admins for recovering your account, using help links they gave for that.
Next time, be careful when someone asks for your access credentials!!!!!
>In the meantime, via pc / notebook use every help links you find in facebook / twittwer / etcetera for gaining back conrol, and change all passwords to something safer.
