[Windows 10 mobile] Updated to 10.0.14393.67 build, VPN not work

[Windows Central Question]

I have my WP updated to 10.0.14393.67. However VPN seems not working. How? VPN is connected but there is no "lock" sign appeared like previous builds. When I check the ip address: whatismyip dot com, there is still the ip in Hong Kong, my home country. VPN seems not working.

It is so strange to see VPN is connected but the lock sign does not appear. The previous build shows the lock sign.

Ya some app available for VPN but app not work at all in Anniversary update.
I think it's bug of anniversary update.

I dont use any app but just default Windows build-in VPN module.

tried a soft reset?
And does it happen with all networks?

I have tried soft reset "setting -> system -> about -> reset your phone". This hapens again without any success.

I have tried WIFI but not 3/4G. But I dont use cellular.

It's actually anniversary update bug which does not allow connect VPN.
I download Touch Vpn app app describe this and hopefully next cumulative update ( may be 13 September ) fix this
