cant install apps after windows phone 10 update

i tried a soft reset = didn't work.
i tried a hard reset = didn't work
i tried a hard reset without restoring my old image = worked for a minute then stopped working.

can anyone help?

What OS version do you have now? Are you installing on sd card?
Can you do app updates?
