Is there any way to make Windows Millennium work on Windows 7 ?

I'm still using Andrew Tobias' "Managing Your Money" Version 12 on an older SONY laptop with Millennium and I'm starting to have problems with the older laptop. I would like to transfer the program to a newer SONY laptop with Windows 7.

If you still have the install media you can install the program on the newer computer. Windows has various tools available at its disposal for compatibility purposes. It's not immediately clear how well it'll work however.
