Onenote 2016, how can you change the font on the section tabs at the top?

I saw this done on an instructional video of one note but it did not cover that aspect. I can change the default for the page and the page color and all that. I just want the tabs to match

You can right click on the tab and select the colour of the tab under the "Tab colour" option that appears in the dropdown menu. I believe you can only change the default font, not sure that it covers what you would like it to cover as well but you can try that in File -> options -> General -> Default font.
