removing a user account that doesn't show in user accounts

I had installed expression web 4 into windows 10 and for some reason it created a user account, now my Run command defaults to this user account. I wanted to remove it but it doesn't show under user accounts. How do I fix this?

uninstall the program? Not sure about that though
